I know that questions about component sourcing is off-topic on electronics.stackexchange.com.

Do you know any question/answer based-sites (such as forums or even IRC channels) where electronic parts sourcing would be on-topic?

Example: I'm looking for stereo audio volume potentiometers smaller than the standard 16mm (maybe 10 or 12mm), I can't find any. I know that posting on electronics.SE is off-topic, is there a well known forum for such questions?

Note: I've already looked at this question: Where and how should I ask about sourcing parts? and similar questions (I also already looked on octoparts.com), but I didn't find any such solution or forum.
