Normally it would be strongly discouraged to copy posts, but in this particular case the OP is missing and the question wasn't very good to begin with, making references to external videos etc. So ...

Yes, flag it for moderator attention. It would be good to check the site and ensure it is on topic for the other site. (Also DIY is a home improvement site, which is community misunderstood here)
